investment documents and raise the capital you need to take your business to the next level, or in the case of a
startup to get your business off and running. We invest our own time and money along with partnering
with a large group of private angel investors whose collective net worth is more than $10B. We have
worked hard to return value to our private investors over the last 20+ years. The "C" stands for Capital and the "F" stands
for Finance but we are much more than a Venture Capital Firm developing companies. We get involved in
every single deal that we do, both from an investment perspective via debt or equity as well as in marketing, sales,
operations, technology, finance, and legal issues.
